Pretrial Investigator/Case Manager and Probation Officer with Offender Aid and Restoration (OAR) for over 7 years.
· Deputy Clerk with Albemarle District Court for one year.
Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail Board member as Sheriff. (Vice-chair).
· Appointed to Governor McDonnell's Prisoner Re-entry Committee.
Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) Certified Instructor.
· Thomas Jefferson Area Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Trainer and Cultural Diversity Instructor.
Spanish Interpreter. (Speaks, reads, and writes in Spanish.)
· While in college, volunteered with the Minority Mentor Program and the Security Escort Service.
Worked with DePaul’s Children’s Center as a chaperone for conferences and People Places as a mentor.
